Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Designer to support the Integrated Training Design Service. You will deliver blended, active learning that delights customers, and drive training transformation across Royal Navy initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and adaptability, leveraging ADDIE and DSAT approaches. You will help shape instructional strategy and produce high-quality e-learning and courseware materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ADDIE model knowledge and DSAT understanding.
• Experience in Training Design/Instructional Design.
• Experience with program management tools and applications.
• Knowledge of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all training courses assigned to you within training transformation.
• Create engaging, learner-centric training content following DSAT compliant processes.
• Develop and design training courseware using various media and technology.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop innovative training solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date training designs and incorporate validation feedback.
