- Knowledge of learning platforms and instructional design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and coaching on effective programs tailored to Royal Navy needs.
- Develop training programmes across technical specialisms using innovative approaches.
- Advise on best use of training solutions with Courseware and Media Development teams.
- Support accreditation processes and assessments design.
- Mentor Training Designers, Courseware Developers and Media Developers.
