Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a capable Site Manager's assistant to support delivery on development sites from programme to completion, ensuring quality, safety and cost targets are achieved while coordinating subcontractors.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate trades, attend Sales/Build meetings, deputise when needed, manage resources, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience working within established build programmes.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend regular Sales/Build meetings and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure onsite team is adequately resourced with clear guidelines and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
