Job summary

This role includes overseeing financial performance, risk, and internal governance while implementing enhanced procedures and staff training. You will oversee contracts, data accuracy, and reporting, and support system changes with training and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational management role within the Fire and Security industry.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
• Experience with ERP systems and commercial reporting tools.
• Ability to design and deliver staff training programs.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process review, documentation, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance and align activities with strategic objectives.
• Review existing processes, document improvements, and implement plans with training.
• Oversee stock, pricing accuracy, catalogue data, and supplier coordination.
• Produce monthly system and commercial performance reports; identify improvements.
• Lead contract mobilisation and support acquisitions with change management.
• Engage stakeholders; manage risk and provide guidance across teams.
