Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the UK/Ireland, Middle East & Africa region seeks a Director-level Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales Leader. This role focuses on driving transformation and growth across dynamic markets, reporting to the SVP of WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales.

You will lead cross-country sales teams, set quotas, and shape regional strategy, with emphasis on hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years technology industry experience with progressive sales leadership (5+ years).
• Proven track record in driving growth across multi-country environments and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, market share and revenue across UKIMEA.
• Lead and develop multi-country sales teams; mentor leaders and category managers.
• Set and manage quotas; ensure pipeline discipline and operational excellence.
• Build consultative relationships with key customer accounts and partners in UKIMEA.
