Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Pharmacist or Paramedic or Physiotherapist with full UK registration.
• Excellent observational, questioning and communication skills.
• Good IT skills including clinical IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments (initial reviews, face-to-face, video or telephone) for benefit claims.
• Analyse and interpret clinical information and supporting evidence.
• Write detailed evidence-based reports to support DWP decisions.
• Use IT systems to support clinical decision-making and report writing.
