Job summary

Kiwa Agri-Food are seeking a Client Scheduler to join our Food team in Harrogate. As the main point of contact for assigned clients, you will coordinate annual audit programmes and manage auditor schedules across the UK, ensuring audits are delivered efficiently while providing an excellent client experience.

This hybrid role, based in Harrogate, offers 37.5 hours per week with a mix of office and home working.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, administration or logistics is desirable.
• Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Proven customer service experience and a focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good IT skills.
• Experience within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage audit schedules to support delivery of the Retail Supplier Audit Programme.
• Plan audit allocations to meet timescales.
• Schedule audits and manage assessor diaries to maximise resource use.
• Support resource planning across UK and international auditor teams.
• Build relationships with clients and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update scheduling information.
• Prepare routine reports and support delivery against key performance measures.
