Job summary

Kiwa UK in Harrogate is hiring a Client Scheduler to join the Food team. You will be the main contact for assigned clients, coordinate annual audit programmes and manage auditor schedules across the UK to ensure audits are delivered efficiently while delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling/coordination/administration/logistics.
• Excellent administrative, planning and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer service experience and client focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid IT skills.
• Flexible, proactive and results-driven.
• Experience in TIC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage audit schedules to support delivery of the Retail Supplier Audit Programme.
• Plan and monitor audit allocations to meet timescales.
• Schedule audits and manage assessor diaries to maximise resource use.
• Support resource planning across UK and international auditor teams.
• Build relationships with clients and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Apply smart scheduling practices to improve efficiency and reduce travel.
• Maintain records and keep scheduling data up to date in systems.
• Identify scheduling or resource issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare routine reports and support KPI delivery (auditor utilisation, client turnaround, supplier feedback).
