Job summary

Impression Recruitment Ltd. in Skipton is seeking a Client Account Manager to own a portfolio of clients, deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

You will be the go-to contact, gathering information and providing practical guidance to ensure smooth delivery of services. Hybrid working is offered (3 days in the office, 2 from home) with a focus on relationship-driven success and career development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• You might already be working in account management, customer success, client services or a customer facing role.
• Alternatively, you may have strong customer service or administrative experience and be ready to take the next step into a role with greater ownership and responsibility.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your client portfolio, becoming a trusted point of contact and developing strong relationships that encourage long term loyalty.
• Proactively communicate with clients, understand their needs and make sure they receive timely, helpful and accurate support.
• Learn the specialist knowledge required to help clients understand their responsibilities, navigate requirements and make informed decisions.
• Work with businesses to gather information, understand their circumstances and ensure the right support is in place.
• Help coordinate client reviews, meetings and audits, providing clear feedback and assisting with any follow up actions.
• Manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, update client information and ensure important deadlines and tasks are not missed.
