Job summary

Daneswood Web Services Ltd. is looking for a Client Account Manager to act as the bridge between clients and our digital marketing team. You will manage a portfolio of retained clients, translate technical outputs into clear updates, and spot growth opportunities while coordinating delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing account management, customer success, or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships with strong organisation.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (Go High Level, Teamwork, HubSpot, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of retained clients.
• Brief and coordinate with the digital marketing team to deliver projects on time.
• Translate technical outputs into plain-English updates for clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and feed them to the sales team.
• Produce polished monthly client reports drawing on delivery team data.
