Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited Engage division is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead a portfolio of private sector clients, with a focus on High Court Enforcement. You will be the main point of contact from operations to senior stakeholders, ensuring service levels are met and issues resolved quickly.

Based in Rochdale, this hybrid role involves occasional travel. You will identify growth opportunities, manage SLAs and KPIs, support bids and renewals, and collaborate across Operations,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships in regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of High Court Enforcement and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM and account management systems.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Build relationships with clients at operational to senior levels.
• Maintain knowledge of High Court Enforcement and legislation.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Lead account reviews, performance reporting and governance.
• Escalate queries and resolve complex issues with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for account development and cross-selling.
• Support tenders, bids, renewals and new business opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the client and share market insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the Client Services team.
