Job summary

Numerator is seeking a Client Delivery Manager in London, with a hybrid working model (1 day per week in the office). You will lead client transitions, manage relationships across Client Delivery, ROC Relationship and Client Support, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, translating client needs into actionable deliverables, and driving process improvements within Operations. Collaboration with global teams is essential.
