Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Client Design & Engineering Lead to guide strategic technical oversight across a large NSIP portfolio, including major reservoirs, delivering design excellence and value for money.

The role involves supervising the Programme Delivery Partner's design and engineering outputs, engaging regulators and stakeholders, and shaping technical strategy while balancing cost, schedule and safety. Hybrid role in Peterborough/London with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

Proven leadership on major infrastructure or NSIP projects.
Technical expertise in dam or river engineering.
Experience managing consultancy partners and major engineering contracts.
Strong stakeholder engagement with regulators and external partners.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical oversight across design, engineering and constructability activities.
Support development of programme design strategies, processes and technical requirements.
Review and accept key engineering outputs on behalf of Anglian Water.
Lead resolution of complex technical challenges and risks.
