Qualifications

• Extensive UK Commercial Insurance claims experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality Commercial Risk claims service.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance across Property, Casualty, Motor and Financial Lines.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet objectives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational efficiencies and support change initiatives.
