Job summary

Aon is seeking a Claims Management Executive to lead sophisticated commercial claims across the Central and South UK region. The role blends client-facing accountability with internal collaboration to deliver high-quality, innovative claims service.

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of Liability, Property, and Motor claims, and will be adept at guiding clients through complex scenarios while driving process improvements and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial/corporate claims, particularly Liability, Property, and Motor.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective claims handling procedures with clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding claims inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters to facilitate efficient processing of claims.
• Deliver insightful claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Organise and chair claims review meetings with clients, carriers and other suppliers.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
