Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling UK Commercial Insurance claims.
• Proven people leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.
• Strong technical knowledge across Property, Casualty, Motor and Financial Lines.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible, organised and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality, innovative claims service for Commercial Risk clients, ensuring client expectations and service standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and supporting outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance across a broad range of commercial insurance classes.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve objectives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Drive operational efficiencies and support change initiatives to improve processes and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Aon policies, while championing risk management and ethics.
• Contribute to claims strategy and leadership initiatives with the wider Claims leadership team.
