Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality, innovative claims service for Commercial Risk clients, ensuring client expectations and service standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and supporting outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance across a broad range of commercial insurance classes.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve objectives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Drive operational efficiencies and support change initiatives to improve processes and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Aon policies, while championing risk management and ethics.
• Contribute to claims strategy and leadership initiatives with the wider Claims leadership team.

What the day will look like

As a Claims Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a team of claims professionals while providing technical expertise across Commercial Risk claims. Working closely with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders, you'll help ensure exceptional service delivery, strong regulatory compliance and positive business outcomes.

• Contributing to claims strategy, business planning and leadership initiatives alongside the wider Claims leadership team.
