Job summary

Historic England is seeking a Change Manager (Systems) to lead adoption of new platforms across a national, hybrid model. You will identify impact, design interventions and work with senior stakeholders to drive changes in mindset, skills and practice to successfully deliver the new systems.

Based in one of our offices or from home (Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth, Cambridge), this 18‑month fixed‑term role offers a broad benefits package and development

Qualifications

• Experience of managing change across complex programmes.
• Experience of influencing high-level decision-makers.
• Experience of facilitating groups in challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Identify scale and impact of planned changes and liaise rollout and training.
• Design interventions to achieve changes in mindset, skills and practice.
• Advise senior stakeholders on culture, practices and needed capabilities.
