Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support change control and governance on a major infrastructure programme. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to manage change processes, evaluate impacts and ensure proposed changes are documented and approved.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence one to two days per week in Suffolk, with the majority of work conducted remotely.

Qualifications

• Approximately five to ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing change control processes.
• Understanding of cost, programme and risk impacts.
• Strong reporting, analytical and communication skills.
• Major infrastructure experience desirable.
