Job summary

Historic England is seeking a Change Manager (Systems) to ensure staff are prepared to adopt new digital systems across the organisation. You will assess change impact, design interventions, and coordinate rollout and training with stakeholders.

In this role you will influence senior decision-makers, foster cross-team collaboration, and support staff through the transition, helping to embed new ways of working and maximise system benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing change.
• Experience of influencing high-level decision-makers.
• Experience of facilitating a group facing challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure people are ready to adopt and use new systems introduced in the Digital Services Portfolio.
• Identify the scale and impact of planned changes, analyse interdependencies, liaise rollout and training with other changes.
• Design interventions to achieve desired changes in mindset, skills and practice to deliver the new systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence culture, adapt practices and support staff through the changes.
