Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Change Consultant to lead people-centric change within workplace transformation programmes. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, driving adoption through change planning, impact analysis and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with Experience Managers and client teams, coaching leaders and enabling capable, user-focused delivery across large-scale digital changes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering business change initiatives as part of digital/workplace transformation.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and adoption strategy.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience in Agile, SAFe or other iterative delivery environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead or support end-to-end change strategies aligned to programme objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness activities; map personas and pain points.
• Develop stakeholder maps, engagement plans and communications matrices.
• Design tailored engagement interventions to drive adoption and capability.
• Define success metrics for adoption and iterate based on feedback.
• Coach business leads and change agents to build internal capability.
