Nationwide is recruiting for a Project Manager within its Change Development Programme. Based across Swindon or Glasgow, you will join a two-year pathway delivering large-scale change using structured learning and hands-on practice.

You will work with experienced change professionals, gain exposure to technology initiatives, and develop core delivery skills, with opportunities to progress into Project Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate or career changer seeking a structured development path.
• Interest in change programmes and capability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support workshops and analyse business processes.
• Gather requirements, manage project plans and track progress.
• Identify RAID items and develop practical solutions.
• Apply appropriate change methodologies and adapt as needed.
