Nationwide is recruiting for the Change Development Programme – Business Analyst in Swindon and Glasgow. This two-year programme offers structured learning, hands-on experience, and a route into banking change delivery.

You'll work with business and technology teams to turn ideas into practical solutions. You’ll use tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence and Visio, participate in workshops, and develop core change and delivery skills while supporting customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess business opportunities, using evidence and critical thinking to understand problems.
• Define the scope and deliverables of initiatives, identifying connections and dependencies.
• Maintain clear traceability from the original business need through to delivery.
• Analyze complex information, challenge assumptions and consider wider impacts.
• Work with technology, architecture and delivery teams to shape practical solutions.
