Job summary

Target in Cardiff is seeking a Programme Manager to lead delivery of client change, working directly with clients to understand strategic priorities and ensure the organisation is aligned and resourced to deliver. You will set the standard for delivery across complex programmes, manage budgets and lead a team of PMs, driving continuous improvement and high performance.

• Proven experience leading change delivery in a client-facing role.
• Strong financial services experience.
• PM qualification (APM, Prince2, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client change, aligning with client priorities and resourcing.
• Set delivery roadmaps and milestones for programmes and projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial controls with discipline.
• Lead, develop and support Project Managers for success.
• Report progress, escalate risks and embed lessons learned.
• Champion continuous improvement and lean delivery.
