Qualifications
- Two-year Change Development Programme trajectory
- Experience with change delivery in large scale projects desirable
- Ability to prioritise, plan and drive outcomes
Responsibilities
- Motivate change teams and foster collaboration.
- Identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) and develop solutions.
- Plan and deliver using appropriate change methodology.
- Facilitate stakeholder and technical meetings with clear communication and continuous improvement.
- Support delivery of strategic programmes and technology initiatives.
