Job summary

Southern Water is hiring a Change Delivery Lead in Worthing, operating on a hybrid basis with 3 days at Head Office and two days from home. The role focuses on delivering change within the Smart Install Programme, translating business needs into practical actions and driving projects to completion.

You will work with stakeholders across the business, supported by a Project Manager and Business Analyst, strengthening governance, readiness and adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering change within a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Good planning, organisation and problem-solving with governance awareness.
• Water industry knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Translate requirements into practical delivery actions and plans.
• Lead internal change and improvement projects (process, system, billing).
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Business Analyst on plans, milestones and risks.
• Assess readiness, identify barriers and support adoption of new ways of working.
• Track delivery, adoption and benefits, and report progress.
