National Energy System Operator Limited, based in Wokingham/Warwick, seeks a Change Lead to steer complex programmes and critical shift teams through transformational change.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, develop change strategies, and ensure readiness across multiple operating models. Hybrid working, with one day per week in the office, is offered. Change credentials (e.g., Prosci) are preferred.

Competenze

• Extensive track record in dedicated change management roles across multiple programmes.
• Led full change lifecycle: impact, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption.
• Able to influence senior leaders and sponsors across diverse stakeholders.
• Credential such as CCMP, Prosci, or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Lead Strategic Change across NESO's programmes and projects.
• Assess impact and readiness; advise on risks and mitigations for go/no-go decisions.
• Build capability by coaching managers and teams for change adoption.
• Collaborate with project leads, sponsors and SMEs for effective engagement.
• Govern and improve: oversight of testing, training, benefits realisation.
