West Sussex County Council is seeking a Change Delivery Lead – Projects in Chichester. The role focuses on delivering change initiatives across the Highways, Transport and Planning Directorate, coordinating both technical and non-technical teams.

You will drive project plans, manage risks, and ensure value is delivered efficiently. The successful candidate will bring delivery-focused, lean-agile mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Formación

• Experience developing and executing a comprehensive change delivery strategy aligned to organisational goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and systems.
• Foster continuous improvement by collecting feedback and implementing enhancements.
• Identify obstacles and develop mitigation plans to minimise disruption.
• Create clear communication plans for stakeholders on changes, progress and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders at various levels to understand needs and align change objectives.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification or proven delivery experience
