Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Change Project Manager to deliver improvements within our Renewals and Logistics unit, guiding projects from discovery to delivery. Based in Green Park, Reading, this hybrid role requires travel across sites and occasional home working to meet project goals.

You’ll drive operating models, engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure benefits are realised, with strong emphasis on governance, delivery plans and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and/or change management
• Stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Strong planning and self-management capabilities
• Willing to get stuck in and act as temporary SME
• Ability to use MS Office and Project software

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of projects – improvements to existing services and operations, and creation of new services
• Review, develop, test and implement operating models and processes for long-term outcomes
• Drive successful deployment of project outcomes through governance and ownership
• Capture and communicate benefits
• Lead change through high-performance behaviours
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
• Embed change and hand over to business-as-usual ways of working
