Job summary

Anglian Water Services in the UK is seeking a Change Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (37 hours). The role is hybrid, with flexible options to work from home and from an Anglian Water office/site across Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln, or Norwich.

You will support in change management, focusing on the people side, help adoption, and work with Change Manager or Project Manager within the Business Change Team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change projects is advantageous but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools is advantageous but not required.
• Experience communicating to diverse audiences and managing stakeholders.
• Strong people skills, proactive collaboration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating and implementing change management plans to maximise adoption.
• Assist in ensuring affected staff are aware, able and inspired to adopt change.
• Support the Change Manager or Project Manager in delivery of the business strategy.
• Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to support adoption.
• Contribute to a culture of effective communication and proactive change.
