Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a People Systems Specialist (Workday) to join the People Systems team. Hybrid working with a Huntingdon base, the role focuses on developing, configuring and enhancing Workday, providing technical and analytical expertise to support the wider People team and business leaders.

You will support day-to-day Workday operations, resolve BAU queries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience using Workday with exposure to configuration, reporting or system support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in how systems can improve HR processes.
• Willingness to develop Workday knowledge further.
• Experience in one or more Workday live areas: Time Off & Absence, Time Recording, Learning, Talent, Performance, Expenses, Organisational Management, Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day workday support resolving queries and issues with support from senior colleagues.
• Assist configuration and maintenance of Workday business processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields for business insight.
• Support data uploads using EIBs and test Workday integrations.
• Support Workday security and access management including access reviews.
• Contribute to Workday release activities and testing of new functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve Workday functionality and processes.
• Collaborate with People teams, IT partners and stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions.
