Job summary

HealthHarmonie, part of the Medinet group, is recruiting a Pathway Coordinator for CAMHS ADHD Assessment Service. You will support children and families from referral through assessment, treatment and ongoing care, liaising with clinicians, GPs and schools to ensure a structured and reassuring patient journey.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with three office days in Sutton Coldfield and two home days, requiring flexible shift patterns due to seven-day service operation.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in a healthcare, children/adolescent services, or patient-facing administrative role.
• Clear communication with children, families and professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidentiality with patient data and digital systems.
• Empathetic and resilient approach when supporting vulnerable service users.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals via e-RS and email, ensuring accurate onboarding.
• Coordinate triage calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Obtain and monitor required documents (ID, consent forms, etc.).
• Provide admin support during face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Process and quality check clinical reports using EMIS/Hero Health.
• Liaise with GPs, schools, and external professionals for shared care.
• Be the first point of contact for patients and guardians with calm guidance.
• Escalate safeguarding or clinical concerns per policy.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR.
