Zusammenfassung

HealthHarmonie Ltd, part of the Medinet Group, is seeking a Children's ASD/ADHD Services Team Lead to oversee a team of Patient Liaison Officers. You will ensure compassionate, compliant delivery across ADHD and ASD pathways, coordinating referrals, triage, appointments and follow-ups with clinicians, families and GPs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children and young people in healthcare or related settings.
• Experience supporting children with ADHD and/or autism and understanding their needs.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and professionals.
• Understanding safeguarding, confidentiality and escalation procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise and support a team of Patient Liaison Officers, promoting a positive and accountable working environment.
• Oversee referrals, triage, appointments, virtual consultations and follow up activities across ADHD/ASD pathways.
• Escalation point for complex or sensitive queries from parents, carers and clinicians.
• Ensure patient records, correspondence, clinical report uploads and data entries are accurate and timely.
• Promote accessible communication and tailor support to individual family needs.
• Manage rotas, workloads and staffing levels to maintain service coverage.
• Support onboarding, training and coaching of new team members.
• Support safeguarding, governance, compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
