Job summary

HealthHarmonie Ltd, part of the Medinet Group, is seeking a Children's ASD/ADHD Services Team Lead to oversee a team of Patient Liaison Officers. You will ensure compassionate, compliant delivery across ADHD/ASD assessment pathways, coordinate referrals, and communicate with families and clinicians throughout the process.

You will work in a hybrid role, supporting smooth service delivery, safeguarding and data accuracy while promoting accessible communication for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people in healthcare, mental health, neurodevelopmental, educational or related settings.
• Understanding ADHD and autism and their impact on communication, behaviour, attention and emotional regulation.
• Proven experience supervising, mentoring or coaching colleagues in a busy service environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of Patient Liaison Officers, promoting a positive and accountable working environment.
• Oversee referrals, triage, appointments and follow-up activities across the children's ADHD and ASD pathways.
• Ensure safeguarding, governance and data protection procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry and reporting.
• Provide escalation support for complex queries from parents, carers and clinicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, families and multidisciplinary teams to optimise pathways.
