Job summary

Strong IT and interpersonal skills are essential for patient-facing calls within a hybrid work pattern. The post involves speaking with patients calmly under pressure, working well in a team, and the ability to travel to NHS Grampian locations at short notice.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong IT skills with ability to report and record in Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to speak calmly and helpfully to patients under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide call handling within the Grampian Vaccination Contact Centre.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate reporting in IT systems.
• Communicate with patients in a calm, empathetic manner and work effectively in a team.
• Travel to NHS Grampian locations at short notice as required.
• Work a hybrid pattern and 24 hours per week (0815–1645, Tue, Thu and Fri).
