UKSE Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth across the water, wastewater, power and energy-from-waste sectors throughout the UK. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys getting out into the industry, meeting people, building relationships and creating new business opportunities.

You will be proactive in prospecting, cold calling and developing long-term relationships, while attending industry events and coordinating with our operations team to

Competenze

• Experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally within engineering, recruitment, utilities or infrastructure.
• Confident, outgoing individual who enjoys meeting clients and developing new relationships.
• Proactive approach to prospecting, cold calling and generating new business.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK to meet clients and attend industry events.

Mansioni

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and direct client engagement.
• Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Represent UKSE at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, utilities and engineering businesses.
• Identify upcoming projects and opportunities for our labour supply and engineering services.
• Follow up on leads, develop new accounts and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Work closely with our operational teams to support client requirements and business growth.
