Job summary

Harvey Nash IT Recruitment UK is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme in Reading with hybrid working. You'll drive change across people, processes and technology, partnering with project teams and senior stakeholders to ensure adoption and expected benefits.

You'll develop change strategies, build engagement, and embed new ways of working, while managing readiness, communications, learning, and transition activities to deliver tangible

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience applying recognised change management methodologies.
Comfortable operating within complex, highly regulated environments.
Passion for driving successful change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate business change activities across transformation programmes.
Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans.
Drive business readiness, adoption and user engagement.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Support learning, communication and transition activities to ensure successful implementation.
