Are you a highly organised project or bid coordinator with a passion for architecture and design?
If so, look no further.
We have a fantastic opportunity for you.
Whether you are coordinating bids or proposals in an arts‑fundraising environment, managing submissions across creative teams, or bringing similar experience from another creative industry, we want to hear from you. You might even be a Part 1 or Part 2 qualified architect who has decided that practice is not the path for you, but wants to stay close to the industry you love.
What matters most is your love for architecture and the built environment, and your proven skills of coordination and bid submission.
A well‑established, highly regarded London architecture and design practice is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Based in central London, you will be in the office 3 to 4 days per week, working within a collaborative studio environment alongside senior leadership, designers, and a busy communications team.
Day to day, you will lead and support the coordination of responses to tender opportunities and RFPs, manage submission deadlines, maintain bid databases and content libraries, monitor public and private tender portals, and help produce compelling, well‑written proposals and presentations. You will also keep project materials up to date, and collaborate across all levels of the practice from Partners to support staff.
