Job summary

Arrive, a leading mobility platform, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in London to translate complex data into strategic insights that drive growth. You will collaborate across Commercial, Product and Operations to deliver dashboards and analytics that inform decision-making.

You’ll own analytics projects from data extraction to visualization, shaping how the business uses data to improve performance and city mobility outcomes. Hybrid working with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar.
• Advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate and analyse complex datasets.
• Experience using Tableau or another mainstream BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Sisense).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect analysis with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, able to question assumptions and take ownership.
• Comfortable turning ambiguous requirements into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from scoping to data extraction, analysis, visualization and actionable insights.
• Partner with Commercial, Product and Operations to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Define and maintain key business metrics and KPIs.
• Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions to ensure solving the right problems.
• Monitor data quality and ensure stakeholders can trust insights.
• Explore data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
