Job summary

Lenvi is a growing technology business based in Leeds, seeking a Data and Power BI Analyst to join our Finance team and turn complex data into actionable insight. You will develop dashboards, reporting solutions and performance analysis to improve visibility and support decision-making.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week at our Leeds head office. You’ll work with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders across units to drive reporting efficiency and standardisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics role.
• Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Produce regular management information and KPI reporting packs.
• Design and maintain scalable data models that support consistent reporting.
• Analyse and report on the delivery and outcomes of actions previously taken.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy and completeness across reporting sources.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Interpret financial and non-financial data and provide practical recommendations.
• Consolidate reporting outputs from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Support the development of KPI frameworks and performance measurement standards.
• Review existing reports to identify duplication, gaps and opportunities for standardisation.
• Support data security, access controls and reporting governance in line with internal standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis and automation.
• Work collaboratively with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders.
• Support month-end reporting through analysis and reconciliation.
• Maintain documentation for reporting methodologies and data definitions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to report users where required.
