Job summary

Truespeed is recruiting two temporary Customer Service Advisors in Bath to be the voice of the business across phone, email, and live chat. The role focuses on delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience and supporting appointment scheduling and information sharing.

As part of a hybrid pattern, you will work three days in the Bath office and two days from home, with a rota for Saturdays. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Support the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring customers feel listened to, supported, and valued.
• Contact customers to arrange installation appointments, explain the installation process, and answer any questions they may have.
• Keep customer records and internal systems up to date, while sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues.
• Support the wider team with additional tasks to help deliver a smooth and positive customer journey.
