Glenigan, powered by Hubexo, is hiring a Business Development Representative in a hybrid role based in Bournemouth or London Blackfriars. You’ll generate qualified meetings through high-volume outbound outreach, researching prospects, and starting conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn.

You’ll track activity in HubSpot, learn quickly in a target-driven environment, and aim to transition to full performance within your first three months with uncapped commission on top of £32,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required, but helpful for target-driven roles.
• Strong communication, curiosity, reliable follow-up, and willingness to learn from coaching.

Responsibilities

• Find relevant businesses and contacts using research and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Start conversations by phone, supported by email and LinkedIn.
• Ask questions, qualify interest and arrange worthwhile sales meetings.
• Follow up, help prospects attend and give your sales colleagues a clear handover.
• Keep your activity accurate in HubSpot and use feedback to improve.
