Glenigan, powered by Hubexo, is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth for construction intelligence. Hybrid role based in Bournemouth or London Blackfriars, combining phone outreach with targeted outreach and meetings set with our Business Development Managers.

You’ll research prospects, qualify opportunities, and work in HubSpot to track activity. OTE £32,000 with monthly commission; benefits include generous holiday and pension, plus employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer engagement is preferred.
• Ability to initiate conversations with new contacts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research businesses and relevant contacts using LinkedIn Navigator.
• Reach prospects by phone, supported by email and LinkedIn.
• Ask questions to understand needs and qualify meetings.
• Arrange meetings with Business Development Managers and follow through.
• Share insight and handover notes with sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate activity in HubSpot and refine approach.
