JLA Group is hiring a Business Development Executive in a hybrid role with offices in Manchester or Ripponden and home working. You will join a high-performing sales team, making outbound calls from marketing-generated leads and collaborating with field colleagues to grow opportunities.

The role focuses on achieving KPIs, delivering excellent service, and building trusted partner relationships with customers across sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound lead generation or telesales.
• Customer-centric role experience, face-to-face or over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls from leads generated by marketing.
• Drive outbound strategy dials across markets and sectors.
• Develop sales opportunities with field sales colleagues.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets in the contact centre.
• Ensure service delivery standards and SLAs with Operations.
• Identify and report operational risks and regulatory concerns.
