Focus Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing AI-enabled tech scale-up. You will prospect, qualify, and close complex B2B deals while expanding strategic accounts across the UK.

With a strong emphasis on consultative selling and relationship-building, you’ll leverage AI tools and an in-house Copilot to sharpen your approach and exceed targets. Flexible, hybrid working across UK offices supports your ambition.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with complex or solution-based selling.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and new accounts.
• Resilient and autonomous; ownership of results.
• Coachable with growth mindset; telecoms/IT/cyber security background a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect territories and run outbound campaigns to turn cold prospects into opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and face-to-face meetings; present tailored solutions.
• Close deals in complex B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders and build value.
• Cross-sell, upsell, and generate referrals to grow strategic partnerships.
