Howden UK Brokers in Poole is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to win new business and manage B2B client relationships across a broad spectrum, from sole traders to large organisations. You will develop opportunities through networking and proactive client engagement.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet objectives, drive growth, and progress your professional qualifications in a dynamic, supportive environment with a focus on delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Formación

• Experience winning new business and building long-lasting B2B relationships.
• Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, and client meetings.
• Tenacious with business curiosity to identify new opportunities.
• Willing to learn and progress professional qualifications.
• Consultative approach with active listening to understand client requirements and advise on products.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to MD/CEO level.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives and drive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and advise on products and solutions to secure a path to yes.
