Advanced Resource Managers Ltd seeks an Automotive Service Communications Author. The role links engineering with the Aftersales dealer network, developing and authoring technical documentation for end consumers.

Responsibilities include information gathering, creating high-quality documentation, and using CAD/graphics to deliver precise information. Hybrid onsite work is expected with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive system knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Electrical and Hybrid knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent English writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Information gathering for technical documentation.
• Produce and maintain documentation to quality standards.
• Utilise CAD and rendered graphics in documentation.
• Validate information through digital sign-off.
• Communicate with stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Update documentation after engineering changes.
• Meet deadlines against KPI and standards.
• Data analysis for vehicles in field to support decisions.
