Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Asset Processing Assistant to support data and document management and coordinate delivery of services to assets. The role focuses on maximizing data use to drive operational decisions and improve performance and customer experience.

In our Homes Division we manage housing services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties, working with local authorities and investors to support thriving communities.

Qualifications

• Resilient and positive in a demanding environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience in financial and commercial management in an operational delivery context.
• Able to multi-task, pivot and prioritise different priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and account management skills.
• Highly numerate with strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the delivery of Data Cleansing.
• Assist with Data Entry of all updates to assets.
• Assist the delivery of Contract Document Management.
• Support the Management of SharePoint Spaces for the asset management team.
• Assist the management of insurance claims in relation to claims on assets under management.
• Maximise the use of data to drive business and operational decisions to continuously improve business performance and customer experience.
