Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is seeking professionals to conduct disability assessments for government programmes. The role offers hybrid working and a Monday to Friday schedule, with no shift patterns and time built in for breaks, CPD, and team meetings.

Starting salary £39,500, rising to £40,500 after DWP approval, with performance-related bonuses bringing OTE to around £44,550. Benefits include 25 days’ holiday (27 with service), pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• At least one year of post-qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive disability assessments (PIP) face-to-face and virtually.
• Deliver initial review calls and paper-based reports (PBR).
• Manage caseloads with autonomy and assess a wide range of conditions.
