Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is seeking a healthcare professional for a hybrid, Monday-to-Friday role in Bangor. You will conduct PIP assessments (face-to-face and virtual), handle a personal caseload, and prepare precise paper reports.

The position offers a five-week training pathway, salary from £39,500 to £40,500 with DWP approval, potential performance bonuses, 25 days holiday (27 with service), a matched pension, life assurance, and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and IT literacy will help you succeed.
• At least one year of experience after qualification.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PIP assessments (face-to-face, virtual, telephone) and paper-based reports (PBR).
• Manage your own caseloads and shape each case with expertise.
• Assess a wide range of conditions including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
